I just came back from San Pedro, Belize with a group of 12 people to celebrate my husband’s bday and we stayed at Hol Chan Reef Resort and Villas. I’m speechless. I only have the most respect and gratitude for the amazingly professional level of the entire staff. Suya is an amazing entrepreneur and reliable all the way, from the first contact, during our stay and all the way to the end. She put us under the loving care and support of Sandra who made us feel at home right away with her beautiful and positive energy and uplifting vibes. A very practical and competent professional. She arranged our boat transfers, booked us a boat tour right from our front deck, and from the very first moment, she entered the condo to welcome us and give her all the tips we would need so we would have the most agreeable time in our home on the island. An amazing human being, straight to the point, precise and accurate. The people of Belize and San Pedro are fun, honest, caring, polite, respectful, approachable and proud to let us see the beauty of the place they live. May our leaders understand how all this is connected and use a compassionate attitude towards everyone, regardless of any type of diversity and idiosyncrasies. I recommend this resort with an open heart. Love and blessings to Belize! We will meet again!

It was our first time in Belize, and we can’t thank ourselves enough for choosing Isle Be Back - Condo 2D. We stayed in one of the second-level suites with a magnificent view. Ours was a very spacious 3 bed 3 bath suite which was way more than enough for a family of 4. The suite was nicely decorated, and it was such a mesmerizing experience to wake up to the view the resort provided. Our concierge Sandra and Tour Coordinator Richard made sure we had a memorable vacation! Thank you, Hol Chan Resorts, and Suya Tours!!!

Hol Chan made for an absolutely wonderful stay. I will say that the pictures do not even do the location just. It’s stunning to have the beach right in front of you. Suya and his team (Sandra and the gentleman that helped with our luggage) were super helpful and communicative throughout the duration of our stay. I am super glad we decided to stay here and if we ever decide to go back to San Pedro we would definitely stay at Hol Chan!

I would rent this exact room, Conched Out - Condo 1B in a heartbeat. You literally walked 10 feet out your back door to the pool. The ocean with its beautiful palm tree skyline was also visible right from your patio door and the beachy sand just a few steps away. The pier right there allowed us to just walk out to catch our excursion boats when booking with Suya Tours (which was also great). There were also kayaks and sups for us to use for free right there! Also, they arranged anything we needed super promptly whether it was transportation, groceries, tours, emergencies, etc. Between Sandra and Richard, someone always responded and had our back. It was truly the perfect stay. Just one thing to note, it is about a 15-20 minute into town on a bumpy rode and we went into town most days, so it is fairly far south. But we loved it that way. The golf carts were a hoot to ride in and it was part of the fun to take the trip. Also, it was away from all the hustle and bustle of town to allow for true relaxation. Can’t wait to come back!

This place (Isle Be Back - Condo 2D) is a dream! From the Concierge, Sandra, to the view to the service, everything was incredible! It is a 10 – 15 minute ride away from town by golf cart on a bumpy road but we enjoyed our rides! We rent a luxury place in a different country every year for my birthday and “Isle Be Back” is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed in. There are three pools that overlook the beach which never was full or super busy. The beach has a lot of turtle grass and isn’t really accessible unless you drive into town or visit another island. You can take a canoe out on the dock and drop it into the ocean to paddle around or even dive in from the dock! The condo was super clean and necessities such as the supermarket, bars, restaurants, and activities are easily accessible. Our favorite part was the in-house spa treatments from the Rose Spa on our balcony overlooking the ocean. We got the combo package which included a full body massage, chocolate scrub and facial. It was so relaxing! There is a bar in front of the Villas called Stax which is a plus if you need a drink but do not want to go far. The condo comes with a cell phone so that you can access or call them directly, call a cab, or literally anyone on the island in the event you are stranded. If you are going by air or water, call them up so they can send a taxi to pick you up. If you are planning a vacation to San Pedro, Belize or if you are undecided where to stay, this is the place for you as you will feel like you are in paradise.

Hol Chan is a perfect place to stay. The first-floor poolside residence was fabulous with our kids. The staff was so nice and responsive with any request. The condo was as described, clean and equipped for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation or stay.

We recently stayed at Hol Chan Resort and LOVED it! We were in Casa Del Sol Naciente - Condo 1E which was only a few steps from the pool. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 small kids. There was something for everyone! The kids liked having the pools right outside the door and there were lots of options for excursions for the adults. The dive, snorkeling and fishing companies picked us up at the dock. There were also kayaks and paddle boards on the property that we could use. We enjoyed being 25 minutes south of town (by golf cart) because it was quiet and remote. The views from the patio were spectacular. The property managers were incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely return to Hol Chan and request Casa Del Sol Naciente - Condo 1E. It was PERFECT!
